By accessing or using veemo.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA and UK, and have legal capacity to use the service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and all activity under your account.

veemo.ai provides tools for generating video, image, and audio content. Access may depend on credits, plan limits, third-party AI providers, and system availability.

You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, NSFW, or unauthorized automated activity. You may not use the service to create, upload, request, generate, or distribute NSFW content, adult sexual content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, pornography, sexually suggestive content, or any sexually explicit content. We may limit or terminate access for violations.

You retain ownership of prompts and files you upload. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and improve the service.

Subject to these terms and your plan, you own the outputs you generate. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for checking whether your use complies with law and third-party rights.

Credits, subscriptions, pricing, and plan limits are described on our pricing pages. Payments are handled by processors, and refunds are governed by the refund policy in effect at purchase.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, data, profit, or goodwill losses.

You agree to defend and indemnify veemo.ai and its affiliates against claims arising from your content, outputs, use of the service, or breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Terms that should survive termination remain in effect.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, our Privacy Policy, and referenced policies form the agreement between you and veemo.ai. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
