Overview
veemo.ai sells digital access to AI generation services through subscriptions and credit purchases. Because credits may be consumed immediately, refunds are limited to the cases below.
Subscription credits
You may request a refund for subscription credits within three days of your first subscription purchase if the request meets this policy and there is no abuse, fraud, or excessive use.
Renewals, plan changes, and later subscription payments are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved for a verified billing error.
Add-on credits
Add-on credits are extra credits bought outside a subscription. They do not expire while your account remains active, but they are not refundable except where required by law or for confirmed duplicate or mistaken charges.
Failed generations
If a generation fails because of a veemo.ai system error or third-party provider error, we normally return the credits for that failed task. Credit returns are not the same as cash refunds.
Dissatisfaction with output quality or creative direction does not automatically qualify for a cash refund.
Non-refundable cases
Unless required by law, we do not refund used credits, add-on credits, renewals after the first purchase window, quality dissatisfaction, suspended accounts, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
How to request a refund
Contact support@veemo.ai with your account email, order or payment ID if available, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Processing
We review requests case by case. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Banks and processors may need additional time to post the refund.
For partial refunds, we may deduct a proportional number of credits. If credits were already used, the refundable amount may be reduced or denied.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We may suspend access while a dispute is pending and reverse credits linked to disputed payments.
Changes
We may update this policy. The posted version applies to purchases made after the last updated date unless law requires otherwise.
